Service Fee (admin, travel, report, record, Electrical Safety Certificate) is fixed price at $120. Repair Fee varies depending to the repair required - it includes Labor and Standard Spare Parts. Additional costs may apply for emergency services, after-hours work, or specific material needs. Special, customised and non-standard spare parts and materials shall incur additional costs. We ensure all pricing is discussed beforehand so you know what to expect. Upon booking, a $50 deposit is required, and it is deductible to total price. 2. After booking online, you will be contacted to discuss the details of the work and repair and confirm the date and time of the repair. 3. You will receive an email of official invoice and confirmation. 4. Repair Process: - ElectriCity electrician shall arrive on site and shall carry the repair work ordered. Works may include: - Replacing or repairing wiring and outlets - Installing or fixing light fixtures - Circuit breaker replacements - To avoid delays of work, ensure a safe access to the premises, the switchboard, the equipment to be repaired, roof-space, and be prepared to have your power interrupted during the work. 5. Final Check and Clean-Up: - After completing the repairs, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is functioning properly. We also clean up the work area, leaving your space as tidy as we found it. 6.
